WESTON HALL

William is the current occupant of Weston Hall in rural Northamptonshire. The house plays a vital role in both the literary and culinary story of the United Kingdom. A family home of the famous literary Sitwells since 1714, today it plays hosts to food lovers with regular supper clubs featuring some of the country’s greatest chefs, as well as privately catered dinners and cookery courses.

With close proximity to the Silverstone circuit the house can be rented in part or whole through AirBnB or private contract, and is also available as a marquee venue for weddings. The house is also open to the public most weekends by appointment.

SUPPER CLUBS

William’s acclaimed supper clubs are hosted in the beautiful setting of his family home.  Seating 50 people, the Weston Supper Club sees chefs from London and across the UK cooking exquisite dinners with wines to match from Nik Darlington and his brilliant esoteric list at Red Squirrel.

The evenings start with a cocktail in either the Drawing Room or on the Topiary lawn and Orangery – weather dependent – before guests make their way into the main house. Diners can, on buying tickets, choose meat or vegetarian options. Refreshing and great quality water is provided by way of sparkling San Pellegrino and still Acqua Panna. The dinners, which provide amazing value at around £85 per person, include pre-dinner drinks and a bottle of wine per head .

WEDDINGS

Weston Hall is available on an exclusive-use basis with only a small number of weddings each year.

By special arrangement William can curate (or sometimes cook himself) dinners for your guests the evening before your wedding – certainly a different way to start your celebrations!

The gardens are perfectly suited for a marquee wedding and along with the North Front and Topiary Garden, there is complete flexibility based on your style of wedding and the number of guests attending.

While the house is not able to hold a ceremony, the Topiary Garden is stunningly laid out for blessings and humanist weddings.

The house also has luxury accommodation, ideal for the Bridal party on the night of the wedding. Guests can occupy a self-contained wing of the house and each beautiful room provides the greatest level of comfort.

Within yards of the house The Crown Inn offers delicious lunches and dinners as well as great accommodation for extra guests.

Weston Hall Weddings are managed by local wedding planning company High Times Weddings.
